I am a writer and Paid Media Coordinator working from my hometown: Knoxville, TN. I have a B.A. in History from Berry College in Rome, Georgia and I have been working in content marketing and copywriting since 2015, and SEM/Paid Social since 2016.

At my day job, I manage and optimize over 1,200 paid search campaigns for Clayton Home Retail Centers. A big part of my role is making digital digestible for the laymen, so I'm ready to tackle digital marketing needs for any business owner. 

In my spare time, I freelance for RootsRated and other outdoor publications on fly fishing, mountain biking, and some hunting content.

I am a passionate advocate for corporate transparency and environmental responsibility. I write to thin the divide between a business and their customers through informative content that puts a face on the company and elicits action.

More About Me

After deciding that I wanted to pursue marketing, I started a free-range egg business with the Student Enterprise program at Berry College. By doing something that I had never done before, I learned that a compelling story and mission to be transparent are key to gaining customers and keeping their attention. This experience also honed my skills for management, accounting, and operations.

When not writing or working, I'm probably fly fishing, mountain biking, or cooking for my beautiful wife, Mary.
